1. The event
Mastering The Corporate Game is a live online workshop hosted by Frequency 5D ("we", "us", "our"), led by Leigh-Anne Harrison.

It is your responsibility to convert the start time to your local time zone and to have a stable internet connection and a device capable of joining a video call.
The content, structure and running order of the workshop may change at our discretion. We may also change the host or add guest speakers without notice, provided the workshop still covers substantially the same subject matter.
2. Registration, payment and access
Your ticket. One ticket admits one person. Your access link is personal and may not be shared, forwarded, resold or published. If we detect a link being used by more than one person, we may revoke access without refund.
Payment. The full price of $33 USD is due at registration and is processed by our third-party payment provider. Your registration is confirmed only once payment has cleared. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, which are not our responsibility.
Promotions and bonuses. Any early-bird pricing, bundles, order bumps or bonuses are offered for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time. Bonuses are not available separately and have no cash value.
Confirmation and joining details. We will send a confirmation to the email address you provide at checkout, followed by the joining link before the event. Please check your spam or promotions folder and add our sending address to your contacts. You are responsible for entering a correct email address; we are not liable if you miss the event because of a typo or a blocked inbox.
Age. You must be 18 or older to register.
Your details. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep your access details secure.
3. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling
No refunds. All tickets, order bumps and VIP upgrades are strictly non-refundable. Because this is a low-cost live event with limited capacity and digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, cannot attend, join late, leave early, or experience technical problems on your end (including internet, device, audio or time-zone errors).
If you can't attend. A replay link will be emailed to all ticket holders after the event and stays available for 7 days from the date it is sent (see section 4). If you know in advance you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 24 hours before the start time with the new attendee's name and email.
If we reschedule. If we need to move the date or time, we will email all ticket holders as soon as possible and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you will still receive the replay. No refund is due for a rescheduled event.
If we cancel. If we cancel the live workshop and do not reschedule it, we will deliver the same content as a recorded training within 30 days, or at our discretion issue a credit for the ticket price toward another Frequency 5D program. Tickets are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellation by us. We are not responsible for any other costs you incur.
Technical failure on our side. If the live broadcast fails for reasons within our control and we cannot deliver substantially the whole workshop, we will either run it again live or provide a full recording within 14 days.
Chargebacks. By purchasing you acknowledge that the ticket is non-refundable and agree not to dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer on the basis of a change of mind or non-attendance. A chargeback filed on a ticket that was delivered (or for which a replay was provided) will result in removal of access, including any VIP access, and refusal of future purchases. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
4. Recording, replay, intellectual property and conduct
We record the session. The workshop will be recorded. By attending, you consent to your name, voice, likeness, chat messages and questions being captured in the recording and used by Frequency 5D in the replay and in future marketing or educational materials, without payment to you. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat only; we cannot edit individuals out of the recording.
Replay access. Standard ticket holders receive a replay link by email after the event. The replay is available for 7 days from the date the link is sent, after which access expires automatically. We do not extend the 7-day window for individual attendees. Lifetime access to the recording is available only with the VIP upgrade; if you upgrade to VIP, your replay access does not expire for as long as the recording is hosted by Frequency 5D. VIP terms, price and inclusions are set out at checkout.
No recording by attendees. You may not record, screenshot, stream, transcribe or otherwise capture any part of the workshop or replay.
Our content is ours. All workshop materials, including the live presentation, slides, workbooks, frameworks (including the Corporate Game and its five levels), scripts, examples and the recording, are the intellectual property of Frequency 5D and Leigh-Anne Harrison. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own career development only. You may not copy, share, teach, resell, repurpose or create derivative works from them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Conduct. We want the room to feel safe for every woman in it. We may mute, remove or ban anyone who is abusive, disruptive, promotes their own products or services, or shares other attendees' information, without refund.
Confidentiality of other attendees. Attendees may share personal workplace situations. You agree not to screenshot, repeat or publish anything another attendee shares in the session.
Your feedback and testimonials. If you give us feedback or a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it (with your first name and job title, or anonymised on request) in our marketing.
5. Disclaimers, liability, privacy and general terms
Educational content only. The workshop shares Leigh-Anne Harrison's experience and opinions from 22 years in corporate leadership. It is general career education, not legal, financial, HR, medical or psychological advice, and it does not take your individual circumstances into account. Before acting on anything that affects your employment, contract, pay or legal rights (for example a PIP, a severance offer, a grievance or an HR complaint), get independent professional advice.
No guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise that you will be promoted, receive a pay rise, keep your job, or achieve any particular result. Any examples, client stories or figures shared are illustrative and depend on many factors outside our control. Your results depend on your own actions, your employer and your circumstances.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including anything you say or write at work. We are not liable for any employment, financial or reputational consequences of decisions you make.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frequency 5D, Leigh-Anne Harrison and anyone working with us are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the workshop or these terms. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the ticket price you paid ($33 USD).
Third-party platforms. The workshop is delivered through third-party video and payment platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, performance or data practices, which are governed by their own terms.
Privacy. We collect your name, email address and payment confirmation to deliver the workshop, send the replay and keep you informed about related offers from Frequency 5D. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy in section 6 explains this in full.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket.
Governing law. Frequency 5D is based in Tucson, Arizona. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless the consumer protection laws where you live require otherwise.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

6. Privacy Policy
Frequency 5D ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information you give us when you register for Mastering The Corporate Game or any related offer. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect. When you buy a ticket we collect your name, email address, country and a record of what you purchased. Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. If you attend live, we may also collect your display name, chat messages, questions and (if you turn them on) your voice and video, as part of the event recording. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it. We use your information to deliver the workshop and replay, send your joining link and reminders, provide support, process VIP upgrades, keep records required for tax and accounting, prevent fraud and link sharing, and tell you about related Frequency 5D programs and offers. We send marketing emails on the basis of your purchase; you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with. We share your data only with the service providers we need to run the event: our payment processor, email platform, video and webinar platform, and course or replay hosting platform. Each acts under its own privacy terms and only on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law.
International transfers. Our providers may store data in the United States or other countries. By registering you consent to your data being processed there.
How long we keep it. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically 7 years). Event recordings that include attendee contributions are kept for as long as we use the recording. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights. You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email. If you live in the EU, UK, California or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights, which we will honour on request. Email frequency5d@icloud.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies. Our checkout and replay pages may use cookies and similar technologies for login, security and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though some pages may not work as a result.
Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Age. Our events are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version applies from the date shown at the top of this document.
